Ospreys Full-Back Nagy Returns for United Rugby Championship Clash Against Stormers
Ospreys full-back Max Nagy will make his first start since December when the Welsh region takes on the Stormers in the United Rugby Championship (URC) on Saturday. Nagy has recovered from a dislocated ankle and is set to feature in the away fixture at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town.
The Ospreys have made several changes to their starting lineup, with props Nicky Smith and Rhys Henry, fly-half Dan Edwards, and locks Victor Sekekete and Huw Sutton all earning starting berths. However, the team will be without Wales co-captains Jac Morgan and Dewi Lake, who have traveled with the squad but are unavailable for the match.
“Stormers are physical so it’s a big challenge for us. It’s important that we go out and give the best account of ourselves.” – Ospreys head coach Toby Booth
The Stormers will be captained by two-time Springbok World Cup-winning prop Frans Malherbe as they look to maintain their position in the URC table. Ospreys, currently seventh in the standing, are aiming for a top-eight finish and a spot in the playoffs.
The match will be broadcast live on S4C and available via iPlayer, with a match report on the BBC Sport website and app. Highlights will also be shown on Scrum V on BBC Two Wales and online on Sunday, 21 April.
