This month's research takes a broader perspective, examining the perceptions and routines of middle-aged adulthood in Türkiye. We investigated how middle age in Turkish society is observed in terms of various indicators, perceptions, and practices, ranging from the perception of when adulthood begins to active aging practices, beverage consumption, and work and sleep hours.
Since 2010, KONDA Research has been regularly conducting a series of political and social research studies under the name BAROMETER. In addition to standard questions on demographic characteristics, political preferences, and economic expectations, the BAROMETER research also includes general societal perspectives and questions that can be selected based on perceptions and preferences in different regions. This report, the 168th in a series of Barometer studies, is based on research conducted on November 8-9, 2025, through face-to-face interviews with 1980 people in their homes across 115 neighborhoods and villages in 81 districts, including the centers of 27 provinces.
