Did You Sacrifice?

SUMMARY

This section examines whether participants sacrificed an animal during the last Kurban Bayram, analyzed based on different characteristics:

• Did you sacrifice an animal during eid el-adha?

The proportion of those who conduct a sacrifice during Eid al-Adha is decreasing year by year. Conversely, the proportion of those who choose not to sacrifice and instead donate to a charity is increasing year by year. The political group with the highest proportion of those who perform the sacrifice consists of MHP voters, whereas the group with the highest proportion of those who donate is IYI Party voters. Meanwhile, those who do not perform the sacrifice are most prevalent among CHP voters.
