In 2024, the events that made individuals happy and angered them in their lives are examined, and the section also reveals what their goals and expectations are for 2025 and what they need to achieve these goals:
Family-related events rank first among the occurrences that made individuals happiest over the past year. Although the questions focused on personal life, the proportion of respondents providing political answers is at a level that cannot be ignored. Conversely, financial issues top the list of events that irritated people the most. Furthermore, demographic breakdowns indicate a distinct divergence in the responses of different groups to both questions; while men were more angered by financial matters, women were more angered by family situations. While 1 in 4 people in society have goals related to work or school, this ratio rises to 3 in 4 within the 15-17 age group. The proportion of those with and without goals also fluctuates significantly across different demographic groups. Individuals who have no expectations for the coming year predominantly consist of those who believe their opportunities will not improve. Finally, the percentage of those stating they need money to achieve their goals is striking.
