In the section analysing what individuals consider to be the country's most pressing problem, it is also investigated what are the top three problems they would prioritise if they were in charge of the country:
For society, the economic crisis, inflation, and difficulty in making the ends meet stand out as the most important problems. The change in responses given since the November '13, December '16, and September '19 surveys shows that the perception of the country's problems is shaped by the political conjuncture. While the tendency to prioritize the economy has increased since the September '19 survey, the tendency to prioritize education has decreased. An overlap is observed between the answers given as the most important problem and the answers given to the top 3 problems that need to be solved; half of those who say the economy as among top problems prioritize inflation, while the first priority of those who see education as among the most prominent problems is solving education-related problems. The situations that disrupt the general pattern according to political party preferences are striking.
