19 Mart 2025 sabah saatlerinde İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu ile birlikte İBB, CHP ve İmamoğlu'na ait inşaat şirketinin yöneticileri gözaltına alındı. İmamoğlu'na suç örgütü kurmak ve yönetmek, irtikap, rüşvet almak, ihaleye fesat karıştırmak, hukuka aykırı olarak kişisel verileri kaydetmek ve terör örgütüyle iş birliği suçlamaları yöneltildi. 23 Mart 2025 günü İmamoğlu yolsuzluk ve terör soruşturmaları kapsamında tutuklanırken, İmamoğlu hakkında 27 Ekim 2025'te siyasal casusluk suçlamasıyla bir tutuklama kararı daha verildi.

Tutuklanmasının birinci yıldönümünü geride bıraktığımız şu günlerde, İBB davası görülmeye devam ediyor. KONDA Araştırma olarak, İmamoğlu'nun tutuklanmasının ilk gününden başlayarak, toplumun gelişmelere dair algı ve tutumlarını ölçmeye devam ettik. Bu raporda, tutuklanmasının hemen ardından gerçekleştirdiğimiz araştırma ile son Barometre araştırmamızda toplumun İmamoğlu'nun tutuklanmasını ve yolsuzluk suçlamasını nasıl algıladığını inceliyoruz.
